• Responsible for statistics and KPIs of operational performance.
  • Awareness of key import and export vertical markets in order to develop.
  • Responsible for customer services function, customer retention, and cross-selling.
  • Work closely with partners and the Sales Team to define the necessary product to achieve the targets budgeted.
  • To Work in accordance with the compliance rules and policy.
  • Excellent relationships with customers, shipping lines, airlines, and third-party service providers.
  • Through knowledge of shipping regulations, Bill of lading, Cargo Manifesting, Customs/Port formalities & Incoterms.
  • Excellent command of written & spoken English with computer literacy.
  • Willingness to work independently.
  • Ability to work longer hours when required.
  • Professional qualification would be added advantage.
