Key Accountabilities

  • Identify and secure new business prospects for freight forwarding and logistics services.
  • Prepare tender and RFQ
  • Provide quotation/sales agreement to prospective customers.
  • Attend and resolve any payment issues, feedback, or disputes raised by customers
  • Create positive and long-lasting relationships with current and potential customers through regular engagements
  • Maintain close coordination with superiors to ensure the profitability of sales leads or perform better than budgeted figures
  • Prepare sales proposals, presentations, and reporting
  • Maintain sales-related database

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma holder in Logistics / Business or related field
  • 2 years of sales experience in freight forwarding sales
  • Self-motivated and possess a drive to meet sales target
  • Good working network among customers
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
